Account Deletion Policy
How to delete your OTPCabs account and what happens to your data.

1. How to Delete Your Account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Privacy Centre → Delete Account. Or email privacy@otpcabs.com from your registered email address.
2. What Happens Next
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (during which you can restore it by signing in).
Personal data is erased or anonymised, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or safety reasons, which are kept only as long as the law requires.
3. Outstanding Balances
Wallet balances are refunded to your bank account before deletion. Unpaid dues must be settled before deletion completes.
