Refund Policy
When and how OTPCabs issues refunds.

1. Eligible Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you were charged for a trip that did not occur, charged twice for the same trip, or charged an amount different from the upfront fare without a route change you requested.
2. How to Request
Open Ride History in the app, select the trip, and tap 'Report a fare issue', or email support@otpcabs.com within 30 days of the trip.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.
