Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

All rides can be cancelled free of charge within 3 minutes of booking, or any time before a driver accepts.

2. Cancellation Fees

After the free window, a small fee (shown in the app before you confirm cancellation) may apply if the driver is already en route. The fee compensates the driver's time and fuel.

Outstation and rental bookings cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled start may incur up to 10% of the estimated fare.

3. Driver Cancellations & No-Shows

If a driver cancels or does not arrive, you are never charged, and we automatically rebook the nearest available cab. Repeated driver cancellations affect driver standing on the platform.
